"The purpose for which the Creator created all creation in the Universe is evolution, not completion. Originally, it is the schedule of the Universe that things are created to be incomplete and they move toward completion. Everything was created in accordance with the schedule of evolving from a very primitive lower level animal to a primate, a human being in different steps and classes. The cycle of evolution is scheduled to follow from mineral to plant, from plant to animal, from animal to primate, … and then following all those cycles it evolve to seonin from human being, from there on up to the level of the Creator.
The plants that hold to one place come to desire to move, to be free. Annuals want to be perennials or trees with long life, animals that crawl desire to walk, and those that walk want to fly. Everything was created to have this kind of upward desire for development as a driving force for evolution. The human beings are also created to have different grades. Cosmic beings such as people on the Earth, people on the planet Herodotos and people on Hedropobos are different in their levels. Even with the people on Earth, there are different races like black, white and yellow. People are imperfect from birth, because their schedule is to evolve to be perfect from starting out as imperfect."
